Missing/Incomplete Orders

If your order hasn't arrived, please either view your order online by logging into your account or check your email account that you used to check out with, and follow the steps below:

  • Please check to see if your order has been despatched.
  • If your order hasn't been dispatched, please check to see if it contains Rubber, Electro, Furniture or Fetters gear as these can be subject to lead times. For more information please see our Made to Order section.
  • If your order has been dispatched, it can take up to 10 days to be delivered to the UK, 20 to Europe and 25 to the Rest of the World, unless you have selected Royal Mail Special Delivery, Next Working Day Courier or another timed courier services. Please wait the period specified from date of dispatch before contacting us regarding an order.

If your order is incomplete, please contact us and we will investigate.  If your parcel looks like it has been damaged in transit, please let us know when you contact us.

If you have more than one item on your order, please bear in mind that products may be sent out from multiple locations and so arrive separately. However, if this is not the case and you haven't received the entire order as detailed in the order confirmation email sent to you, please contact us.
