Changing and Cancelling your Order

We always try to accommodate requests for changes to your order, right up until the time of dispatch, but this is not always possible we ask you to be understanding if we cannot comply with your request.

Generally, right up until you receive your dispatch email, your shipping address may be updated - please be aware that if it is different to your billing address, you may be asked to provide proof of your billing and/or shipping address.

Changes to products are allowed if it is a simple size or colour swap, and that the alternate product is in stock and not a different price.  If the product is a different price, then we will need to cancel your order and for you to replace it.

If you'd like to add products to your order, please place a new order for these items. We will endeavour to jointly ship these orders and you may be liable for a postage refund although this is not always possible due to packing constraints.

If you need to change details of your delivery address or cancel your order completely, please contact us at eustore@recon.com or using our contact form. Please quote your order number or the process may be delayed.

If your order has already been dispatched or delivered then you will need to follow our returns procedure.
