We always try to accommodate requests for changes to your order, right up until the time of dispatch, but this is not always possible we ask you to be understanding if we cannot comply with your request.
If you need to change details of your delivery address or cancel your order completely, please contact us at email@example.com or using our contact form. Please quote your order number or the process may be delayed.
If your order has already been dispatched or delivered then you will need to follow our returns procedure.
For customers outside of Europe, cancelling a shipment in transit or refusing a shipment that has been sent via our Value Courier service will result in your refund being processed minus your shipping cost and any return fees incurred.
