What do I do if there's something wrong with my order?

We're really sorry if we have made a mistake - we're a small team of fetish devotees but still only human!

  • If we have sent you a faulty or incorrect item, we have a dedicated support article for this - please click here.
  • If we have sent you too few items, please let us know ASAP and we'll dispatch the remainder of your order to you (if your parcel looks like it has been damaged in transit, please let us know when you contact us.)
