Combining Orders

We always try to accommodate requests for changes to your order, right up until the time of dispatch, but this is not always possible we ask you to be understanding if we cannot comply with your request.

Wherever possible, we try to combine and send orders together to minimise shipping costs for you - if we identify that two or more orders are going to the same shipping address, we will attempt to combine these and process a refund for the difference in shipping.

You will receive two separate shipping confirmations, but the both items will be contained in one single parcel.

However, we cannot always guarantee this service due to warehouse limitations and time constraints.
